This project is focused on how joining the queer scene can be this magical experience while also feeling daunting.

 

I wanted to use the familiarity of a tale like Alice in Wonderland as it is the perfect surrealist allegory for how a place can feel both wonderful whilst also feeling  daunting and intense. 

 

 I'm going to break down this project into smaller sections focusing on each part of the Alice in Wonderland tale as its own micro-project, to reflect this i intend to make each section into its own magazine that forms the full story both of Alice in Wonderland but also of the project as a whole.

I want there to be distinct characterization within the piece that will help show the narrative of the piece.
